A solved spot is a preflop situation run through a solver, which calculates the equilibrium strategy for every player at the table, taking into account the stacks, the ICM of the payouts and the value of the bounties. The library covers PKO, KO, Big Bounty, Mystery Bounty, Vanilla and Satellite tournaments.
You buy a credit pack and use each credit to send a hand to be solved. Our team sets up and runs your hand in the solver and delivers the result within 96 hours. Credits never expire: use them whenever you want. Once the hand is delivered, you have 30 days to request a nodelock on it, delivered within 72 hours. In packs with nodelock, 1 nodelock per hand is already included; in the others, each nodelock costs 1 credit.
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
You can cancel any purchase within 7 business days of payment and get the full amount back, through the same payment method. For credit packs, the refund covers credits that haven't been used yet. Just ask through the contact form with your account email. The details are in the refund policy.
